Packages
If you are looking to bundle day and night hours let’s chat about a package rate.
Typically many families book packages with 3 to 5 nights a week.
Hourly Rates
Daytime: $35-45 an hour, with a 4 hour minimum for in person support.
Overnight: $40-55 an hour, with a 8 hour minimum for in person support.
Virtual Doula – Text and Phone Support
Phone and Text Support: answers to any questions you have regarding postpartum healing, newborn care, family integration, navigating going back to work, or if you would just like some emotional support.
Scheduled Weekly Phone Call Check-ins: 45 minutes of conversation (voice or video) on anything relating to you, your baby, and your family’s wellness.
Daily Text Check-in: A text from me checking in with you.
Postpartum Planning Session
$80 in person or virtual, 2 hours
Lets talk and plan for your time after baby:
Nursery prep and baby products, Setting intentions for parenthood, Prioritizing your emotional wellness postpartum, Making plans for groceries, meals, tidying the home, and any other household errands, Planning for setting boundaries around baby visits, Newborn care education, Lactation and Pumping information
